CLUB OFFICIALS AT FIXTURES
(a) At any fixture both clubs must have Club Officials, who are readily identifiable by wearing FNSW designated Jackets, and these Club Officials must report to the Match Officials fifteen (15) minutes prior to the kick off time of the Matches. The Home Club must have a minimum of at least three (3) Officials and the Visiting Club at least three (3) Officials.
All Club Officials must have their name correctly entered on the back of the Team Sheet. All Officials must wear the numbered jacket allocated to them and this number must also correspond with the number on the rear of the Team Sheet.
(b) Home Club Officials shall be solely responsible for:
(i) Welfare of the officiating Referees and Assistant Referees from the time they arrive at the Ground until the time they depart from the ground. Failure to carry out this requirement shall render the Home Club liable to a penalty
as decided by the Board.
(ii) Provision of adequate security for the protection of Players and the public.
(iii) Further offences of such nature will result in a heavier penalty being imposed.
(iv) Referees will be obliged to report any club who fails to provide the required number of officials wearing Jackets as required by this regulation.
(v) Clubs are permitted to have four (4) only non-players on the reserve bench. Failure to observe these regulations will result in a fine of $200 being imposed upon the defaulting club.
As well as this if incidents occur on or off the field officials may be required to submit reports to the judiciary or GPT and is for these reasons and others, that it is mandatory for the team sheets to be completed in their entirety and this most importantly includes the names of the officials on the reverse of the team sheet..

ADVICE TO PARENTS
- We thank the parents for your commitment to furthering your son’s enjoyment and development in soccer. Rest assured that your son also appreciates your involvement as much as we do.
- Understand what is expected of your son from this Club and assist him to achieve those expectations.
- Encourage your child to complete school homework on the nights he does not attend soccer training. Soccer is only two nights a week the other five are for homework.
- Player selection will depend on player form, attitude, behavior, effort and discipline at games and training. Team selection is at the coach’s discretion and no guarantees are given to anyone.
- Squad members are expected to be available for all training sessions, trial games and matches.
- Injured players must report the injury to the manager. A follow up phone call is required after his first treatment with the approximate length of recovery time and inform us of necessary treatment. Injured players MUST still attend training sessions unless given permission to be absent by Youth Development Coach .e.g. long term injuries
- If more than two training sessions are missed due to injury a doctors or physios certificate
authorising approval to train again will be required.
- We welcome your support and encouragement for your son and his team but please do not offer coaching advice. Be positive in your encouragement at all times. Leave the coaching to the staff with certificates to coach. If you cannot be positive we would prefer that you say nothing.
- A happy, well supported team is a strong team.
- Do not abuse or criticize referees or assistant referees at the matches.
- Do not get involved with arguments from the opposition parents.
- Treat opposing players and officials with respect.
- You will be asked to assist in the canteen on a roster basis.
- Be prepared to assist in the setting up and packing up of the field on match days.
Procedure for reporting your sons concerns
Talk to the Manager after a training night session is complete. Please do not approach them on a match day.
He will then discuss the matter with the coach or committee to ascertain if a meeting with the player and his parents will be required to resolve the issue.
The second option will be a meeting with the Parent/Player/Youth Development Officer/Manager and (2) Committee Members.
Your son being happy at this club is very important to us. Give us the opportunity to resolve any problems.
