MT DRUITT TOWN RANGERS FC in accordance with TOWN RANGERS FC is introducing the2012 Rangers Junior Development Skills Pathways Program [SPP].
This is an exciting time for our Club & the District as we look to nurture & develop local players of the future.
The 2012 Rangers Junior Development Squads will play competitive football as TOWN RANGERS FC in the Blacktown District Soccer Football Association Inc. [BDSFA] Division 1 competitions.
For 2012 we are commencing with an Under 12’s, Under 11’s & Under 10’s Squad that will be actively developed by the current Rangers Senior FFA & UEFA Accredited Coaches who will ensure these squads are educated in developmental football underpinned by the FFA Curriculum.
Rangers Junior Development Squads will be the preferred Pathways for player progression into our u13's Youth League team for the 2013 season and beyond…
With the Under 12s Squad now complete our focus turns to the u11’s & u10’s Trials.
This program will be led by Mt Druitt Town Rangers Under 13s and Junior Development Officer Stewart Montgomery with the cooperation of Town Rangers FC and Mt Druitt Town Rangers Senior Coaches.

UNBELIEVABLE FOOTBALL OPPORTUNITY FOR LOCAL PLAYERS
TOWN RANGERS FC in conjunction with its’ Senior Football Club are offering the Western Sydney Football Community a truly integrated Football program that provides talented & committed players a pathway of development from our local Association Football teams into our Rangers Youth League teams competing in the Football NSW Youth League competitions.
Our goal is to offer players access to Coach’s & coaching methods that delivers player development in line with the FFA Curriculum. A unique opportunity to ensure your child receives the Football education & development opportunities you have been searching for.
Our u12 / 1’s side is complete & we now seek players for u10’s [born 2002] & u11’s [born 2001] to trial for our Division 1 Skills Pathway Program [SPP] teams.
WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?
1. Exposure to training in line with FFA age related curriculum & program.
2. A Junior Development Football Officer to oversee all facets of our SPP with FFA AFC C license.
3. Fully accredited coaches with vast football experience in Coaching & Playing at elite levels.
FFA C license for our 12’s, our 11’s coach currently completing FFA C license [has a FNSW Senior License & our 10’s coach when appointed will have similar if not higher qualifications.
4. Access to other Mt Druitt Town Rangers FNSW Senior & Youth League coaches with UEFA B & FFA A license qualifications via talent identification days & specific development program for identified players.
5. Training twice a week [Mon & Wed 6:00pm~7.30pm] plus game on Saturday.
6. Kanga Cup participation is a requirement in July 2012 as this forms part of our development Calender for the year.
7. No excessive fees. Fee’s in line with BDSFA registrations.
