Unless final payment is made on the above date the player will be unable to participate in trial or competition games until such time as the payment has been made.

ALL NEW PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE ORIGINAL AND PHOTOCOPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IF THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN REGISTERED WITH FOOTBALL NSW.
